Utah Fungi Fest Forays

The Mushroom Society of Utah is hosting forays for the Utah Fungi Fest 2024!

All forays are no cost.

PLEASE ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE FORAY to allow others a chance to attend.

Sign up can be found below. Space is limited (registration is required).

Please register only if you are certain you can attend.

What should you bring?
The following items are not required but can be helpful as you're looking for fungi:

Basket
Wax bags
Knife
Trowel
Small brush
Water
A snack
Sunscreen

Anything else?

Weather can change quickly so bring layers. Areas may be muddy.

This group will meet at the 7-11 in Kamas and then car pool/caravan the Mirror Lake Highway. Rec pass is required to use the highway, a national parks/lands pass ("America the Beautiful") will meet the requirement. Otherwise a $6 pass can be purchased at the nearby ranger station.
