​​How long does the membership last?
Until the end of the 2024 calendar year.

Joining at any time opens windows to opportunities to learn about mushrooms and meet other members to prepare you get started as soon as the next year's seasons begins.​​ If you found us late in the year, it's still worth it to join as fall is Utah's peak mushrooming season. Our biggest event, The Fall Foray, is held in the end of August and well worth your membership dues!

Are there additional fees?
Every now and then, we may ask for an additional fee per participant to cover materials for a class or workshop. We only do this when necessary to offer the event and when we truly believe you'll get your money's worth.

Are there any discounted memberships?
We do not offer discounted memberships at this time. As a 501(c)(7) organization, we rely on membership dues and fees to keep us running.

Will my membership auto-renew?
At this time, memberships will need to be manually renewed every calendar year. We'll send a reminder at the end of the year when it's time to pay your dues for the upcoming year.
Can I sign up for others?
Your membership covers your household, so no need to buy additional memberships for those in your home. Note that only one shirt comes with your membership, so if another person in your household would like a shirt, you'll need to purchase another membership.
